Desalinatioin plant-pump house

The desalination plant is used to remove the salt content from the salt water.The sea water usually consists highly dissolved salt content namely chloride,sodium etc.due to this salt content it cannot be used for domestic and construction purpose.To convert the sea water to portable one several steps are followed which can be discussed one by one.The above figure shows the pump house.Here the water from the sea is pumped in and subjected to further process.
