Repair of slab-spalling of concrete-Reason

The reason for this spalling of concrete are due to corrosion. due to this corrosion the reinforcement undergoes two stage.In the first stage the diameter of the bar gets increased.second stage the diameter of the bar decreased consequently the strength of the bar gets reduced.Due to the expansion of the bar in first stage the spalling of concrete occurs.
